Rent Our Hall
It is a convenient, cozy and well-equipped facility inside, has plenty of space outside, with an awesome playground too!  Use it for a birthday party or for a large family gathering like a weekend family reunion.
Please Note: Our Maximum Occupant Load for a dining and beverage event is 92 people. With non-fixed seats and tables, there can be a maximum of 116 people but our Hall is only equipped with 100 chairs.

The information collected is sent to our Hall Rental Coordinator to start the process for your booking. Please email us at brookvillerentals@gmail.com if you have any questions or if you experience any difficulties with completing this form.
Hall Rental Rates
Full Day:Â Â Â Â $350
Weekend:Â Â $650
Hourly:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â $50/hour (5 hour max)
Damage Deposit: Â $250

Rental and Payment Terms
The full rental fee is due at the time that the Rental Agreement is signed, and the damage deposit is due prior to the scheduled rental. All fees are payable by e-transfer.
Damage deposits are returned by e-transfer within seven (7) days following the rental providing that all of the terms and conditions have been adhered to.
Cancellation Policy
Rental fees are non-refundable unless a thirty (30) day notification is provided.
Liquor, Smoking and Cannabis
If there will be alcohol at the event, renters MUST have a valid liquor license and provide a copy of this license to the Brookville Community League prior to their rental.
If there will be alcohol at the event, renters MUST also have Host Liquor Liability Insurance and provide a copy of their insurance certificate to the Brookville Community League prior to their rental.
Smoking and/or cannabis use is not permitted inside the Hall. Smoking is only permitted in designated outside areas as per Strathcona County Bylaws.
Event Insurance
Renters serving alcohol must have proof of valid event insurance. Event insurance can be obtained through companies such as AMA, Pal Canada, and Duuo Canada. Please be sure to refer to our Rental Agreement for the proper wording required on your insurance certificate.Â
